  • Cancellation Confirmation: Once the cancellation request is received, our team will send a confirmation within the next 24 hours.

3. Cancellation by Panther Clic Management

  • Reasons for Cancellation: Pantherclic Marketing Management  reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen issues such as service unavailability, pricing errors, or force majeure situations.
  • Notification: In case of cancellation on our part, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Refunds: If the cancellation is made within the permitted period, the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Period: The time frame to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment method but is generally completed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation confirmation.

Return and Refund Policies

  • Refunds: If correction is not feasible, we will proceed with a partial or full refund of the amount paid by the customer, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
  • Refund Period: The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

5. Exceptions

  • Customized Services: No returns or refunds will be offered for customized or made-to-order services unless it is an error on the part of Pantherclic Marketing Management.
  • Promotions and Special Offers: Services purchased under promotions or special discounts are not eligible for returns, except in cases of technical errors attributable to Pantherclic Marketing Management.
